I am a Capricorn girl and I find that most of the guys I am attracted to are Pisces. Perhaps there is a reason behind my madness . . . are there any goats out there who have made it work with the fish? Any thoughts?

Re: Capricorn and Pisces?
Wed, January 30, 2008 - 4:20 PMHA! good one.
i personally wouldn't go there, but that's mostly because i've decided to be good to myself and eliminate all sources of frustration, disappointment, drama and stress. Otherwise, they're fun to play with when they're around...

Re: Capricorn and Pisces?
Fri, February 8, 2008 - 4:56 AMmy mother is a pisces and growing up i never received much positive attention from her. she was in her own world wanting to party. she has to this day told me she loves me twice, nevre complemented me and blames everyone else for her feelings. she has always suggested that i'm too sensitive.
to her credit i chose her because i wanted freedom and her lack of input or hands off approach early on gave me just that. i came to this realm kwowing full well who i am and what i am here to do. i needed my parents to adore me, change my diapers, feed me and protect me from being eaten by a dingo, (lol) but other than that to just watch the mystery and wonder of the unfoldment of my gifts and to encourage me to cultivate them and follow my dreams. i am also here to show her that being sensitive is ok and even a gift. i am here to mother my unmothered mother, truly. she is so claivoyant, visionary and intuitive and intensely caring but not in an i love you it's ok your beatiful kinda way more in a what's wrong with you you need to get your shit together kinda way that i find way too harsh and i have never responded well to. i know she loves me beyond space and time the best way she knows how.
my best friend of 18 years is a pisces and we love eachother intensely however we used to fight like cats and dogs because i was so sensitive and she found this to be annoying. i am quite a unique cap and most of my sensitivities are exposed ( i am outwardly very vulnerable) and my feelings and attachments can run so deep. i am the most cancery cap i know and i don't even have a cancer moon or anything but i have some heavy planets in water signs. (see below) i love this about me.
there is one pisces guy that has been a "suitor" for about 10 years. i adore him but am repelled by his vague ambiguous speach and manner and he has been passively aggressively pursuing me and i just want to swim away from him. for me he lacks drive and persistence with me. i am also a lady " tiger " in chinese astrology so i'm no easy win. ha ha ha !!!
an aside : my scorpio lover soul mate and companion has a cancer moon and ascendant. he has the key!!!!!!!! lord does he have the key to me!!!!! anyway i digress.
pisces are supposed to be ideal since i have a pisces descendant and for me my best friend is my devoted long term commpanion i don't see romance with a pisces.
virgo ascendant
moon in geini
venus in cap
merc in cap
mars in sag
jupiter in pisces (exalted)
saturn in cancer
uranus in scorpio
pluto in libra (in the first)

Re: Capricorn and Pisces?
Mon, February 11, 2008 - 6:06 PMthere is way too much piscean bashing going on here. Althought i may be biased with my pisces moon and mars i still find the piscean kind not only very caring but also very relaxing to be around, try sitting with one next to a body of water like the beach/river and see what i mean. and while the males can be quite 'in their own world' especially if they dont have stability from other planets. the women can be amazing creatures. compassionate, amazing depth of soul and very understanding.
stop focusing on the critical capricorns. -

Re: Capricorn and Pisces?
Thu, February 14, 2008 - 3:06 AMi like the sensitive dreamy fishes too.
but then it's my rising.
once heard that with pisces it really matters which decanate they are
some pisces can be spineless, or just indifferent, which is different -
but i think it's third decanate is supposed to be actually more powerful . .. .?
something like that.
anyone else heard or read anything like that ?

Re: Capricorn and Pisces?
Thu, February 21, 2008 - 7:13 PMRomantic compatibility aside... (since family members and friends have been noted)
My roommate is a Fish. We're both queer, but have not, and don't anticipate becoming romantically involved. (Ewww... maybe with a Taurus or a Virgo..)
There are some compatibilities ... similarities... ie: We're both very decent, good hearted, hard working individuals blah blah blah...
The main differences are regarding emotions... He's very much a worn-on-the-sleeve-hopeless-romantic who gets hurt alot because of that. His emotions flow closer to the surface... and speaking of superficiality... Whoa! He wears his life like a Nascar Driver's jump suit. It's all about Brand loyalty, labels, emblems, status, and haute-everything. He's a very material girl, always trying to place himself on a pedestal he hasn't yet earned. (imho) Sometimes he's hard to pin down consistently on issues. "Fishy-washy", wavery, slippery re commitments.
As a Cappie, my emotions are more of a constant under current than a white water rapid ride. I'm not un-emotional, but I believe I've got things more in check. I'm a harder nut to crack, so to speak, regarding my emotions and where I place them. I'm more pragmatic in life in general and regarding "things." I could give two shits about labels, and status. The only pedestal I require are my two tootsies. And even though as a Cappie, I climb the mountain of life, few people ever question where I stand on issues at any given moment.
Now, I don't like to draw comparisons to build myself up, and tear someone else down, the differences between us are clear, and sometimes rather stark. He's a great guy, and I do love him as a human because I know he's got a good heart and it's generally in the right place.
As far as whether I would seek romantic compatibility with a Pisces.... uh.... what else ya got?
This may sound Sun-sign-chauvanistic but... FUCKIN' CAPPIES RULE THE WORLD BITCHES!!!!
UGH!

Re: Capricorn and Pisces?
Wed, February 27, 2008 - 1:00 PMHey, now I'm a pisces sun here and I am definitely not a doormat, or spineless. My moon is scorpio, and my sun and moon decantes are also scorpio. Maybe that has something to do with it. I will bend over backwards for anyone I respect and love but other than that, everyone else can kiss my ass. I do take some crap from guys in relationships, I tend to let the negative ones drag out long past their time, but once I reach my point, there isn't any going back or looking back. Pisces are good people, whenever I need somebody to actually listen to me, I go to my pisces friends. -
